Community Connections was developed in response to the needs

expressed by people with learning disabilities and their families.  It exists because of their feedback, is to be developed alongside them, involve them at every stage and be owned by them.  This is at the heart of Community Connections

 

The spirit of Health & Happiness is about promoting local solutions to meet local needs identified by local people. To promote the social inclusion of those of us with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder.  We work in ways which actively encourage participation of all people who wish to be involved in the design and development of our projects.  We work with organisations rather than against them and work with individuals where they are at
