We value contribution from anyone or any organisation who shares our values and vision and provide a warm, supportive and varied environment within which to learn and to share skills, knowledge and experience.
We value our volunteers, who are termed ‘Lifeskills Mentors’ and are required to apply for Enhanced Disclosure for both children and vulnerable adults. Volunteers can approach us for an initial chat about various opportunities and then if interested, complete an application form with the names and details of two referees. Volunteers can help in the following ways:-

Do you believe in our core values? Would you like to help us in our mission? You could be an individual, an organisation, a business, a community facility, but you could become a Health and Happiness Ambassador! This is a new idea, where you would live our values by speaking up about learning disability and/or autism, active kindness or giving extra time to someone who needs it, providing opportunities and a welcome in your facility or service. If you are interested, contact Ellie for a conversation on how to take this further!
